• Prime all bare spots
• Remove old caulk & caulk all the joints and gaps to prevent moisture from infiltrating the wood
• Apply high quality finish paint coats spraying or with rollers and brushes, then re-sand and re-caulk wherever necessary
• Remove trash and debris from the property
• Use blower to clean up the grounds
