What happens next

Cory comes out, walks the space with you, and talks through what you are hoping to get done. It usually takes 20 to 30 minutes. Nothing is decided on the spot, and there is no pressure to sign anything.

A few things that help us give you an accurate number:

• Clear access to the rooms or the sides of the house we will be looking at.
• Any colors you are already leaning toward, if you have them. Not a problem if you don’t.
• A heads up about pets, parking, or hours that work best for your family.

Your written estimate comes by email after the walk.
